  1. I have a ton of different things I love about the shop hop, the top few are the fabric selection, different quilts and the fact that the shop is always right around my birthday. But the different fabrics you can find are amazing! The creativity found in each quilt is always an inspiration.

  2. I am from Colorado Springs and always try to do the Hop they host in the Springs - it takes us from Pueblo to Woodland Park and all the way to Castle Rock. Your hop here in Denver was just as great and was so happy to be up here for it. Two friends joined me and we laughed and laughed and laughed! My favorite thing about Shop Hops in general is that quilters are such NICE people. I made a new friend, just because I thought my friend was beside me when I was talking about the fabric I was lookig at and then come to find out it wasn't Kris! So through all the shops I would see this "friend" again and exclaim "theres my new friend!" We would just laugh. I am sorry though that I did't get her name!!
I love all the individual block kits I have collected and they are going to make a beautiful quilt!! Thanks for all your hard work and the support of your friends and co-workers!!

  4. My favorite quilt you made with the shop hop fabrics is the sunflower quilt - I thought it was just beautiful hanging out there with the sun shining on it - caught our eye as we pulled into the parking lot. It is a wonderful use of a beautiful fabric and the quilting was great too.

All the shops looked great for the hop - all decked out in their very best - had a great time.

  5. Oh I miss the shop hop! I really like all of the inspriation that the shop hop offers, it amazes me that using the same blocks all of the quilts can look so beautiful. And I think I also respect the cooperation between shops. I love Fabric Expression but it is nice to see what the other shops have. I love the last quilt using the batiks. Thanks for all you do to keep us motivated.

  6. On Friday 2 friends joined me to do the Denver Shop Hop. When we drove up to Fabric Expressions we could not believe the beautiful quilt Sunflower Circles hanging outside of your shop. All 3 of us just sat there and talked about how the quilt just popped!!! When we got out of the car and walked up to the quilt it was even more gorgeous!!! All 3 of us went into the shop and bought the kit along with the block kit for the America is Beautiful! Thanks so much for all the hard work that goes into doing the shop hop! We enjoy hopping every year!!!!

  7. I love shop hops! It's a great way to visit shops out of your own area and see what's new! We put 1100 miles on my car at our latest shop hop here in CA. I love the quilt with all the circles - it looks like a honeycomb. I love working with batiks - they are so easy to use. Barb
